| Oracle of the Runes is based on the art of rune stone casting using the symbols of an ancient Norse alphabet, Oracle of the Runes can be seen as just a bit of fun. The rune stones are based on the twenty four symbols of Futhark, the ancient Norse alphabet which was later used by the Anglo Saxons. In rune casting - in addition to these symbols, a blank stone is used, making a total of twenty five rune stones which have different traditional meanings when cast in different positions, and again if they are placed upside down. |
