The pack includes 40 event rules for MSS Speech Engine Services, 14 event rules for MSS Telephony Application Services, 39 alert generating rules, 44 performance measuring rules for MSS Speech Engine Services, 15 performance measuring rules for MSS Telephony Application Services, performance threshold rules and tasks. The Management Pack also includes knowledge base text that describes the summary, causes and resolutions of MSS events. |
