GMC is a quick calculator for predicting the best resolution for WMV and DiVX video. This is an alpha release, so it may occasionally crash, and will not respond well if you feed it bogus (negative or 0) resolutions and bitrates. The math functions are acurate for bitrates from 20kbps to 4.5mbps.
