| E·Z Schedule Appointment Manager was designed specifically for the accounting community and similar work environments requiring the scheduling of appointments for multiple individuals at multiple sites. It stands apart from similar calendar applications as it is built around a client database allowing you to easily store and automatically retrieve information for your repetitive client base. The program is network-ready allowing multiple user`s to access and update accountant schedules. Daily and weekly views provide a simple point-and-click interface which allows quick manipulation of an individual`s client appointments, non·client related tasks, and break times. Group views allow the grouping of 2-5 individuals so that their schedules can be displayed side-by-side for any one calendar day. A quick search utility will find your clients` appointments across all schedules. There`s also an optional warning to prevent double-booking. E·Z Schedule is flexible, simple to use and, most importantly, is designed by accountants for accountants and their day-to-day environment. |
