Advanced Email Parser Lite will automate receiving, processing and sending automatic replies to incoming messages. It uses custom sets of rules to determine the type of message and what actions should be taken upon receiving it. This is very convenient when processing product or service orders and helpdesk requests as it allows automatic extraction of all required values from the message body and placing them in external database. The customized reply is then sent to customer.
